Your own house in JB,
ten minutes from Legoland.
Drive across, park inside your gate, hand the kids the keys. The whole house is yours — eight beds, no shared walls, no front-desk queue. Fifteen minutes back to Singapore CIQ when you're done.
Room for everyone, quiet enough for the baby.
This is not a hotel and it does not pretend to be. The whole house is yours: four bedrooms that sleep eight, a real kitchen, a living room everyone fits in, and a gate that locks behind you. Put the kids to bed in one room and stay up over mahjong in another — no neighbour banging the wall.
We refurbished it ourselves, room by room, because we travel with our own family too. The beds are firm, the sheets are clean, the water pressure is real, and the air-con is the silent kind that won't wake an infant. Nothing here is staged for a photo.
"Felt like staying at a cousin's house — but cleaner and quieter."— Wei, Singapore (Apr 2026)

8 photos. One home.
Every room as it is — no wide-angle tricks, no staged props.
Everything you'd pack for — already here.
No padded list. Just the things you'll actually reach for on the trip.
Legoland in ten minutes. The border in fifteen.
Drive times are honest — measured in typical Saturday traffic, not a 4 a.m. fantasy.
What families say after they drive home.
Pulled straight from Airbnb and Booking — good and bad, we don't curate.
"Drove up from Singapore for the long weekend. Self check-in worked at 11pm with kids asleep in the car. House was exactly as photographed."
"Wi-Fi held up for two of us on Zoom calls while the kids streamed Disney+. That alone made the trip work."
"Beds firm — exactly how I like them. Took off one star because parking was tight for our MPV but four cars do fit."
Things people ask before booking.
Stuck at the border — can I still check in late?
Yes. The door is a keypad, so there's no one to wait up for you. We send your code 24 hours before arrival, and it works whatever time you clear the queue. The latest we've let in was 3:15 a.m. — no questions, no extra fee.
Travelling with a baby — is the house set up for it?
Yes. There's a baby cot and high chair waiting, and a kettle for sterilising — just bring your own bottles. Floors are tile, so pack a play mat for crawling. The bedrooms are quiet enough that one waking baby won't wake the whole house.
Is my Singapore-plated car safe here overnight?
Yes. You park inside a private gate that locks behind you — four cars fit comfortably, off the street and out of sight. Three years of operation, zero break-ins.
Can I actually work from here if I need to?
Yes. It's 300 Mbps fiber on a Wi-Fi 6 router. We've run two simultaneous video calls from different rooms with no drops — a quick reply to the office won't be a problem.
What if we forget something — how far is the nearest shop?
Not far. Aeon Mall Tebrau is 6 minutes by car for a proper grocery run, and there's a 24-hour 7-Eleven 4 minutes away for the midnight nappy or milk emergency.
